D6 Recap

Last Year (although it feels like a decade) Occupy Our Homes Atlanta officially launched out of the broader Occupy movement!

We have done so much together! Side by side we have forced banks to relieve debt, donate properties, compensate residents that were abused by irresponsible, criminal behavior. We have confronted slumlords and fake landlords, liberated homes, gone to DC to make noise, taken on Ed Demarco (who is now being replaced), forged alliances, shined a light blackstone , and more!

Every once in a while it's important to take a deep breath, look back on the work, relax, and enjoy each others' company.

June 1st is a night to bring everyone together, whether you have watched our work from afar, or you are right up in it, we want to see everyone!

There will be music, food, wine, entertainment, live hip hop, and more!

There will be no cover for this event, but we will be calling on those that can afford to give to do so. We run Occupy Our Homes Atlanta on a very small budget, yet we still struggle to keep afloat.
